Role Summary

As the Founder, CEO, and Chaplain, I provide full-time leadership, direction, and spiritual guidance to Tier 1 Ministries. I disciple Special Operations candidates nationwide through SOCOM Athlete events, daily Bible instruction, mentorship, prayer, and biblically grounded media.

Duties & Responsibilities

🔹 On-Site Ministry (SOCOM Athlete Events)

• Attend all SOCOM Athlete “Hell Day” and training events nationwide.

• Provide physical and mental instruction through biblical parables and spiritual insight.

• Mentor candidates after each “gate” (event station), reinforcing values like teamwork, endurance, and spiritual fortitude.

🔹 Weekly Discipleship & Bible Teaching

• Bible Studies: Lead structured studies on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday for SOCOM Christian Athletes.

• Daily Devotions: Provide Scripture-based encouragement and insight Monday–Friday (posted on Telegram).

• Sunday Prayer Meeting: Host a weekly evening session for open prayer, confession, and communal support via Telegram.

🔹 1-on-1 Mentorship & Counseling

• Offer personal mentorship every Tuesday & Thursday (9 AM–5 PM).

• Guide candidates on spiritual resilience, relationships, team life, and Christian identity within the SOF environment.

🔹 Media, Content & Platform Development

• Create weekly motivational and Scripture-based video content.

• Manage all Tier 1 Ministries’ social media platforms and Telegram channel.

• Develop original discipleship materials for digital and field use.

🔹 Manual & Resource Development

• Authoring the SOCOM Christian Athlete Manual, a spiritual field guide modeled after military handbooks.

• Equipping believers to spiritually and practically integrate their calling to serve in Special Operations.

Weekly Time Commitment

40+ hours/week: Ministry leadership, mentorship, content creation, Bible teaching, event travel, and administrative duties.
